A nice thick-cut pork chip is one of my top pieces of meat to grill.

Here you can read my answers to questions like:
- How do you cook a pork chop on the grill?
- How long does it take to cook pork chops on the grill?
- What is a good marinade for pork chops?
- What kind of seasoning to put on a pork chop?
And many more questions.
One tip I have learned that improved my grilling is the use of a handheld digital thermometer.

Best grilled pork chop Recipes
Marinade the chops in the morning with:
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons lemon pepper
- 3 teaspoons fresh crushed garlic
This should be enough for 6 pork chops.
Preheat the grill to medium heat and I always oil the grill grate for some nice grill marks.
Let the pork chops drip off the marinade and grill them for 5 to 6 minutes on each side till the inside is no longer pink.
My tip is to use an instant-read handheld thermometer to check the internal temperature. It should read 165 degrees.
All these pork chop recipes can be cooked on any of the outdoor grills I reviewed and if you like on any of the indoor grills we reviewed.
