Is Cooking On A Grill Healthy – My Opinion
Is cooking on a grill healthy? It can be, as long as you take the proper precautions.
For that reason, I use a lot of indirect heat on my grills and that is just to keep the meat away from direct heat.
Make sure to clean your grill before and after cooking, and don’t forget to monitor the temperature so you don’t char your food.
Try not to have too much-chared food and if you like to see them just make some awesome cross-hatch grill marks for looks
