Chicken Leg Quarters Marinade
- 1 large bowl
- 1 Whisk
- 2.5 Cups Brown sugar
- 2 Cups Water
- 2 Cups Apple cider vinegar Or regular vinegar
- 2 Cups Ketchup
- 1 Cup Olive oil or your type of oil
- 4 Tbsp. Salt
- 3 Tbsp. Mustard Use a sharper mustard for more "kick"
- 1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 5 Tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 Tsp Seasoning salt
- Mix all ingredient in a large bowl with a whisk until coorperated.
