Grilled food can be bad for you because it got carcinogens in it when charred too much. It’s terrible for the environment is claim that I don’t support.

Does that mean we should stop grilling? In my opinion it is just as with anything else. When done in moderation it should be fine.

Maybe smoking meat on one of the pellet grills I reviewed is a little better option?

Do not char your meat too heavily and add some healthy food to your plate.
