Basting is an important technique for ensuring that your barbecued meat has the maximum flavor and a delicious crust.
When you baste meat on the grill, you are essentially brushing on a sauce or liquid to add extra flavor and moisture to the meat.
You can baste with anything from traditional barbecue sauce to honey mustard or even fruit juices, depending on the flavor profile you’re looking for.
The trick to getting a great crust on your meat is to baste frequently, which keeps the surface of the meat moist and encourages the development of that delicious, caramelized exterior.

Charcoal
Charcoal is not a real and accessory but a necessity, made by heating wood or other organic substances in the absence of oxygen, resulting in a carbon-rich material that is commonly used for cooking and heating.
Since there are two types of charcoal available on the market: briquettes and lumps. I still added it to the list of smoker accessories.
Briquettes are made from small pieces of charcoal that are compressed with binders into uniform shapes, which means they burn consistently and last longer than lumps.
On the other hand, lumps are produced by directly burning wood to create charred chunks of irregular shapes and sizes.
This type of charcoal tends to burn hotter and faster than briquettes, making it ideal for grilling or searing meat.
Charcoal briquettes are, besides wood, the most popular source of heat for smokers, as it produces a smoky flavor that enhances the taste of various foods.
However, it is essential to use charcoal safely, as the carbon monoxide produced during the burning process can be hazardous to human health.

Chimney Starter
A charcoal starter is a fast and easy way to get your grill going.
It basically is a metal cylinder that allows you to ignite charcoal quickly without any lighter fluid.

Additionally, the use of a chimney starter reduces the amount of time it takes to get your grill going, making it a great option for parties and gatherings where time is of the essence.

Rib Rack
A rib rack is a cooking tool designed to hold multiple ribs together to make cooking more efficient.
By stacking the ribs vertically, a rib rack takes up less room on the grill or in the oven, allowing more food to be cooked at once.
The ribs are held in place by the ridges of the rack, and the fatty part of the meat is able to drip down to prevent the ribs from becoming overly greasy.
Rib racks can be made of various materials, including stainless steel, porcelain-coated steel, and even silicone, and are available in a range of sizes to accommodate different types of ribs.
Using a rib rack is especially beneficial for individuals who love to grill or cook in large quantities, as it makes the cooking process quicker, more organized, and more enjoyable. Most of them can be used in a way to smoke ribs upright.

They are specially designed to provide a firm grip, which makes it easier to handle slippery food items like fish or vegetables.
Whether you’re a professional chef or a weekend warrior, I believe bbq gloves are a must-have tool that will help you keep your hands clean and take your outdoor cooking to the next level.
