Here is the reason we did the BBQ and grilling book reviews. The average person spends about $200 on a grill and after that most of the time a nice chunk of money on meat and accessories.
I have made the mistakes we all make and thought I could figure it out by trying and going online for some recopies and tips. If I could start all over again I would start by buying a few basic books about grilling and find out what all the things mean that I read in the recipes.
BBQ and Grilling cookbook Reviews
We think that there is no need to start with expensive books. Start with the cheaper ones and when your experience level is going up think about what you would like to learn more.
Here we will review the books we think give the most value for their bucks
We will write about the cookbooks we have of course and then probably buy a few more that we think might have some good content.
For the rest we will read all over the internet and ask everyone to tell us what books they have used to improve their grilling, barbecuing, and smoking.
I recommend using Amazon Kindle for reading. Cheaper to buy books and not a bookcase full of books.
